Lorraine has over 35 years’ experience in communication skills training. She has run courses in New Zealand, Australia, the UK and Sweden in her specialist areas of presentation and business writing. Lorraine receives enthusiastic feedback from participants at all levels  - from chief executives to junior staff. She has the special skill of making training relevant to participants at different levels and  with varying needs on the same course - akin to a one-on-one trainer, but within a group.
